This is solid Jeevamrit.
Notes:
- In GJ, the microbes without access to water hibernate and become active only when it's spread in the field and the GJ comes in touch with water.
Method 1
Ingredients
For 1 acre of land, create Ghan Jeewamrit like this
- 100kg [[Desi Cow#Gobar Gomutra for Jeevamrit | Gobar]] (If it's dry, mix some goumutra)
- 1kg [[Jaggery#For Jeevamrit | Gud]] or Fruit pulp
- 1kg Besan
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients
- Keep it for 48 hours (or 4 days if temperature below 12 degrees) covered with a bori
- To store this
- Dry it properly
- Break the lumps
- Strain it with a thick sieve
- Store it in a jute bag above the ground. Avoid moisture seeping in.
This can be stored for upto an year.
Method 2
Ingredients
- 200kg Sundried + strained [[Desi Cow#Gobar Gomutra for Jeevamrit | Gobar]]
- 20l (10%) Jeevamrit
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients
- Keep it for 48 hours (or 4 days if temperature below 12 degrees) covered with a bori in the shade
- Mix it twice a day
- After 48 hours in the shade, sun dry it.
- Store as in [[#Method 1]] above
Method 3
Preparation
- Sun dry gobar gas slurry and mix it twice a day
- Make powder after drying
- Mix 50k dry slurry powder and 50kg gobar
- Dry in the shade for a night
- Add 1 kg gud / fruit pulp + 1kg besan & mix well
- Let it stay for 48 hours (or 4 days if cold) under a bori
- Dry it in the sun properly after 48 hours
- Powder, strain and store.
